Pasturing pigs yields a more flavorful fat. The low stress of its natural environment results in a more tender cut that we love to use for Kabobs in the warm weather, and stir fry in the cooler months. Most of the kabobs are from the sirloin or the ham, so they need to be cooked hot and fast.

    1. Grilled as kabobs
    2. Use that Crock Pot for carnitas
    3. Stir Fry
    1. Wine: Pinot Noir
    2. Beer: Pilsner
    3. Cheese: Truly Grass Fed Cheddar
