Hot Italian Sausage

Our Hot Italian sausage is a throwback to a slightly spicy sausage that adds a tiny kick to any dish. Anna's dad Pete wanted something he could use in a red sauce with noodles, throw on a sandwich, or make with peppers and onions. Our response was to take our basic sweet Italian recipe, boost the pepper and add a little cayenne. Pour yourself a glass of wine, fire up this classic, and rest-assured whatever it's served with will come out better!
