Boneless pork loin with delicious pastured fat. Taste the flavors of the pasture and the woods coming through the various seasons in the year! These are leaner than most cuts, so roast them to 145F internal temperature so they don't dry out! 

    1. 100% Pasture-raised Pork
    1. Dry roast in the oven
    2. Garlic and rosemary in a skillet
    3. Sliced thin and fried - schnitzel
    1. Wine: Pinot Grigio
    2. Beer: Bock
    3. Cheese: Aged Cheddar

    Excellent!

    Excellent as always! I just roasted the pork **** with my own dry rub and used the grass fed ground beef for an amazing red sauce! Love all the products!
