I was very happy with the quality and texture of the boneless pork **** we got from you. I was a bit skeptical, especially given my disappointment in the bacon we got from you. The entire half of the bacon was mostly all fat. I took a photograph of it in case you wanted to see it. However, the pork **** was very good and served as our New Year's Day dinner.
