You know the old saying - England has the best food! Ok, so not really, but if you want to make some quick roast beef on the grill or in the oven (ya know, broiled), this is the cut to make it with! We like grilling these hot and fast and finishing them on the cooler side of the grill. Then, serve them with either horseradish or Toum, the near-perfect Lebanese emulsified garlic sauce. These roasts are taken from the sirloin, eye round, and top round - and they're all perfect for roast beef.
