Famous for its spicy cuisine, Calabria, Italy (the toe of the boot shape) is most famous for these peppers. We discovered Calabrian Chilies while making 'Nduja, the traditional fatty salami from the region. The long and short of it is - these peppers were born to live with pork fat. These, some salt and a hint of sugar are now our go-to for pork chops. If you need something to spice up a roast, pork belly or chops on the grill, these peppers are our absolute favorite condiment!
100% Italian hot chili peppers, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, and natural herbs.

Worried you don't know how to cook? Here's the thing, the quality of your ingredients is sort of like a cheat code for cooking. Your dish is only as good as your weakest ingredient. Grab some fresh produce, a good NMP sausage, and some potatoes, rice or polenta...you got a meal!
No Calabrian chili paste because you ran out! I Will share my reaction if I ever get to try it.
