Our Hot Italian sausage is a throwback to a slightly spicy sausage that adds a tiny kick to any dish. Anna's dad Pete wanted something he could use in a red sauce with noodles, throw on a sandwich, or make with peppers and onions. Our response was to take our basic sweet Italian recipe, boost the pepper and add a little cayenne. Pour yourself a glass of wine, fire up this classic, and rest-assured whatever it's served with will come out better!

Worried you don't know how to cook? Here's the thing, the quality of your ingredients is sort of like a cheat code for cooking. Your dish is only as good as your weakest ingredient. Grab some fresh produce, a good NMP sausage, and some potatoes, rice or polenta...you got a meal!
These are plump, juicy, and spiced well. I liked that the level of heat was enough for me (who loves heat) but not too much for my kiddo that likes less heat.
Our guests really enjoyed chowing down on NMP hot Italian sausage sandwiches. Of course, they also enjoyed your other milder versions, e.g., Lincolnshire, sweet Italian, and Kielbasa. They think I'm a champion grill master but NMP sausage is the secret. It can even make me look like a genius!
very tasty Italian sausage! I usually use it to make pasta and never fail!
