Eastern Europe's love affair with garlic is pretty legendary. Czosnkowa (pronounced cho-sin-KO-va) is Polish for garlic. This mainstay is a smoked sausage built around garlic, with the simple additions of Himalayan salt, black pepper and marjoram to round out the flavor.
