All of our sausages are in stock, including our three bratwursts! The 1313 Brat (bratwurst), is named after the first year that the brat was recorded for sale in Nuremberg. The Thuringer and Coburger brats are other varieties developed by two of our interns. Ordered as "Bratwurst," you will receive one of these to try. All are perfect for grilling or frying, great with sauerkraut.

We will once again be offering to our local PA customers the organic dairy products from neighboring friends and farmers - Sunset Valley Farm.  They have a 100% grassfed Jersey cow dairy, and make many fabulous dairy products including cheeses, butter, and cream. 

New this winter, we're offering some PA-grown flours and grains from Randy Metz, who grows using organic practices and mills his own flours.
